MOOC 8: Final integrating project

Welcome to the MOOC 8 of the TOGIVE Project

In this MOOC the students will face the challenges proposed by the educational teams of the universities that have designed each one of the seven MOOC´s on Open Government. You will have to choose four of the seven activities and complete them in order to obtain the final certification of the TOGIVE project.

Requirements

To develop this MOOC the student body will have to exceed the seven MOOC´s of the TOGIVE Project.

PhD in Political Science and Public Administration. Dean of the Faculty of Environmental Management and Public Policies of UMET. President of the Argentine Association of Studies in Public Administration. He has worked as a consultant in international organizations (IDB, UNESCO, CAF) regarding the use of information technologies to strengthen public management capacities.

Exequiel Meza

Bachelor in Communication Sciences with specialization in journalism from the University of Buenos Aires. Researcher at the Universidad Nacional de Chilecito. He was a lecturer at INAP-Argentina. He has worked as an editor in media such as La Nación, Impacto newspaper (Mexico) and the journalism project crowdfunding Acceso Global.

Rodrigo Sandoval Almazán

Rodrigo Sandoval Almazán

He is Lecturer in the Faculty of Political and Social Sciences at the Universidad Autónoma del Estado de México. He is a National Researcher endorsed by CONACYT since 2010. He is currently coordinator of the International Transnational Education Project for Open Government. He is an evaluator of state government portals and transparency portals since 2008. He is director of NovaGobLab for Mexico and leader of the Network of Information Technologies for Transparency, Accountability and Citizen Participation in the government of UAEMEX, in conjunction with the University of Albany New York, CIDE and UDLAP. He has recently co-authored the books: " Advances and Challenges of Electronic Government in Mexico" and Building Digital Government Strategies. He is a columnist for U-Gob: Technology in Government. His research interests include: public innovation and public value; social networks in government; open government measurement and e-government measurement.

Rita Grandinetti holds a PhD from the Polytechnic University of Valencia. She directs the Department of Public Administration of the Faculty of Political Science and IRII of the National University of Rosario, Argentina, where she is a Researcher and Lecturer in Public Administration Technologies. She is a member of the Staff of National and International Journals in Public Administration: Co-Coordinator of the Editorial Committee for the South American Region of the Latin American Journal in Higher Education and Public Policy: RELAES of the University of Foreign Studies of Tiajin (TFSU), China and Board Member of State and Local Government Review, University of Florida, USA and refere of several national and international publications. She is a member of multiple Scientific Associations. She is the author of multiple publications in national and international Reference Journals, among them: 2015 "Challenges and Innovations of Public Administrations for Democratic Development in the 21st Century" in coaturía, "Approaches and keys of organizational design to manage complexity in local governments", "Capacities and design of Argentine local governments. The case of the Rosario region", and "Technological innovation in public organizations: ERI, a methodological proposal".

Lecturer at the Faculty of Political Science and International Relations of the UNR. Director of the Master's Degree in Public Management at the UNR. Expert in the design and management of territorial public policies. Founding member and senior professional of the IGC (Instituto de Gestión de ciudades). She is an active member of scientific networks: NASPA- INPAE (Studens Affaire Administrators in Higher Education/ Inter-american Network for Public Administration Education- Washington DC); CLAD ( Center of Latin American Administration for Development/ Venezuela) Red MUNI ( Argentinean Network of Research Institutes in Local Management), SAAP (Argentine Society of Political Analysis), and AAEAP (Argentine Association of Studies in Public Administration). Author of articles and co-author of books on public management, territorial policies and speaker at numerous seminars and congresses of her specialty.

Marcelo de la Torre

He has a degree in Political Science. Co-founder of the Work Cooperative "CooPares" Development - Digital Communication - Software - Web. He is a lecturer at the National University of Rosario in the Integration and Production Seminar 'DigiCom' and at the Interamerican Open University, in various disciplines ranging from Sociology, Political Economy, Epistemology and Philosophy of Communication, including various workshops on Digital Technologies. Alberto Romolini

Alberto Romolini is Associate Lecturer in Economics and Vice-Dean of the Faculty of Economics of the International Telematic University UNINETTUNO. He holds a PhD in Economics of Public Administrations and Management of Regulated Sectors from the University of Siena and has done periods of teaching and research in China (Shanghai) and Liechtenstein. He is the author of numerous scientific publications in the field of public management in Italian and English. He also carries out reference activities for numerous international journals and is a speaker at national and international scientific congresses. Finally, he is a member of the Società Italiana dei Docenti di Ragioneria ed Economia Aziendale and of the Accademia Italiana di Economia Aziendale. In the professional field, he also acts as a trainer and consultant for Italian public companies in the regional, local and health fields.

He is a member of the technical team of the Transatlactic Open Government Virtual Education Project (TOGIVE) financed by the Erasmus+ Programme of the European Union. He has a wide trajectory in the design and creation of web pages, as well as in the edition of audiovisual contents for distance education.
