Rita Grandinetti
Rita Grandinetti holds a PhD from the Polytechnic University of Valencia. She directs the Department of Public Administration of the Faculty of Political Science and IRII of the National University of Rosario, Argentina, where she is a Researcher and Lecturer in Public Administration Technologies. She is a member of the Staff of National and International Journals in Public Administration: Co-Coordinator of the Editorial Committee for the South American Region of the Latin American Journal in Higher Education and Public Policy: RELAES of the University of Foreign Studies of Tiajin (TFSU), China and Board Member of State and Local Government Review, University of Florida, USA and refere of several national and international publications. She is a member of multiple Scientific Associations. She is the author of multiple publications in national and international Reference Journals, among them: 2015 "Challenges and Innovations of Public Administrations for Democratic Development in the 21st Century" in coaturía, "Approaches and keys of organizational design to manage complexity in local governments", "Capacities and design of Argentine local governments. The case of the Rosario region", and "Technological innovation in public organizations: ERI, a methodological proposal".
Patricia Nari
Patricia Nari is PhD in Innovation, Territorial Development and Competitiveness from the Polytechnic University of Valencia. Lecturer at the Faculty of Political Science and International Relations of the UNR. Director of the Master's Degree in Public Management at the UNR. Expert in the design and management of territorial public policies. Founding member and senior professional of the IGC (Instituto de Gestión de ciudades). She is an active member of scientific networks: NASPA- INPAE (Studens Affaire Administrators in Higher Education/ Inter-american Network for Public Administration Education- Washington DC); CLAD ( Center of Latin American Administration for Development/ Venezuela) Red MUNI ( Argentinean Network of Research Institutes in Local Management), SAAP (Argentine Society of Political Analysis), and AAEAP (Argentine Association of Studies in Public Administration). Author of articles and co-author of books on public management, territorial policies and speaker at numerous seminars and congresses of her specialty.
